Ring-a-ding-ding at the New York Stock Exchange

We didn't get to ring the actual bell with the Pennebaker team but we did get to design the visual experience all around and over the Stock Exchange.

Pennebaker, an award-winning Houston-based branding agency asked me to help lead in the art direction for their client's bell-ringing ceremony visuals at the New York Stock Exchange. Who could say no to that?

Nine Energy Service wanted to dedicate some special attention to the event and explore the use of video on all the numerous screens around the venue. Creative standards were set high. To maximize future usability, we wanted to design something high quality and versatile that would last for years to come. But most importantly, we wanted to create something that would amplify Nine's big day up to at least eleven.

To encapsulate and celebrate the core essence of the brand, we set out to bring the Nine logo to a 3D space and bring their still photography alive. The animated logo shape would function as a looking glass into the world of Nine. All this helped Nine to do a visual takeover of the Stock Exchange.
